High-performance built-in motor
The 2.2 kW built-in motor, the high-performance model, has a stable torque and sensor. The sensor provides feedback to spindle amp, and it can follow the rotation accurately and immediately, like a servo motor. It has a large diameter deep hole, as well as delicate processing materials. It also has a mist cooling system and mist lubrication, which means easy maintenance. The rotation speed is from 1 to 15,000 rpm.
The motor can do accuracy rotation and processing material for hard-to-cut materials. The spindle amp can detect two different torques, in the spindle and cutting feed ways. This data is calculated by AI, and then if the gun drill tool is chipped or broken, the system can stop running the machine immediately. The product and gun drill tool can be protected; that means its system can serve your consumables money.
High-taught built-in motor
The 0.75kW built-in motor, the high-taught model, has efficiency torque and energy conservation. The motor can run in a lengthy operation situation, such as 24 hours because it has an energy-saving structure. It occurs if the heat is less than the 2.2kw motor. It is equipped with a mist cooling system and mist lubrication, which means easy maintenance. The motor is controlled with the inverter. If the gun drill tool is chipped or broken, the system can stop running the machine immediately in small deep hole processing.
